Shipping policy
Indian Jacket Company ships across India through our trusted logistics partners. We aim to dispatch every order within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Free shipping on all orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 2 to 4 business days
• Tier 2 cities — 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of India — 5 to 7 business days
• Remote areas — 7 to 10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to weather conditions, local disruptions, or logistics delays during peak seasons such as Diwali or the wedding season.
SHIPPING CHARGES
GST at 18% is applicable on shipping charges as per Indian tax regulations and is included in the fee displayed at checkout.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We don't offer Cash on Delivery yet.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A tracking link will be sent to you via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on the website at any time.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability across all three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@indianjacketco.com. We will raise a query with our logistics partner and resolve the matter within 7 business days. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap and will be announced through the IJC Circle. If you are based outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@indianjacketco.com.
